Flanger Have Lift Off

Flanger Have Lift Off

On Monday 5th November the new Ninja Tune album by Flanger lands in all good record stores. It's jazz Jim but not as we know it. The journey begins with gorgeous vibraphones, subtle variance of percussion, all undercut by the satisfying precision of sublime programming. DJ Magazine descibed the album as "a strange yet inspired sound" and we'd probably agree but would like to add that it is also deliciously funky, electrically vibrant and soulful. Check out the ninja section of the Mailorder shop if this sounds like it's up your strasse.
