Solid Steel in association with Serato (7th September) This week DK opens with new music from Polar Pair remixed by Deft, our guest Cid Rim and another spin for Nissim by The Gaslamp Killer. Then it's a killer track from the forthcoming Two Fingers album and into classic drum and bass by Origin Unknown from 96. MF Doom features twice under his guise King Geedorah from 2003 on Big Dada and his new project JJ Doom on Lex. We take a soulful turn with Sylvia Striplin and it's into the haunting sounds of Holy Other, before closing with the legendary David Axelrod and two cuts from the forthcoming album by Jesse Boykins III & MeLo-X.

We welcome Cid Rim from Lucky Me records as our guest this week. Tracks from his new self titled album have been spun many times on Solid Steel over the last year and here we get to see some of the music that inspires him from Forss, Cinematic Orchestra, Cactus, Prefuse 73 and Boards of Canada. Plus exclusive tracks from his previous label Affine Records and his former label mate Dorian Concept.

DK returns for the last section with Souls of Mischief and the less played 'Never no more', new music from ARP 101, Antibalas and The Stepkids and ending on a couple of funk 45's from Mickey and his mice and General Crook.
