'Jungle Revolution' Guardian Full Album Stream

Congo Natty - 'Jungle Revolution' Guardian Full Album Stream

The Jungle Revolution is coming… and now you can listen to Congo Natty's forthcoming first album for Big Dada in its entirety over on the Guardian here!

Ten tracks long, Congo Natty's Jungle Revolution clearly lays out the way in which Tafari sees Jungle as a re-boot of roots reggae for a new century, with production smarts martialled by fellow jungle conspirators Benny Page, Vital Elements, Serial Killaz, vocalists running a whole range, and mixed by On-U legend Adrian Sherwood and Skip McDonald.

That the album nods back to the legacy of roots reggae and classic jungle without being in thrall to either is down to the clear-eyed vision of the pioneer behind it.

Jungle Revolution is released via Big Dada on 1 July - buy your copy of the album from the Big Dada Shop, iTunes and Amazon.

The album launch kicks off at Birthdays in London next Thursday 4 July with some very special guests in attendance on the night - not to be missed!
