When you buy a ticket from the NinjaShop you will be buying an E-Ticket. This means we will not be sending you out a physical ticket in the post but will be confirming your order via email where you will get a booking number which will enable you to redeem your ticket at the venue. Please also bring the credit card with which the tickets were purchased.
