MOONZz” which was released in November last year and received support from Kick Kick Snare, Pilerats and more. Alongside these are brand new tracks including a feature from vocalist, DUCKWRTH on energetic track “Warpaint.”

The word “Riyaaz” is an Urdu expression meaning to practice or do something you love musically every day. This attitude shines through on this well-crafted, detailed and varied EP. “This EP is about the love of making music, but also about the sacrifice that that can entail” comments Daktyl, who goes on to explain that “every individual can take what they want or need from a song... it can mean something different to everyone”.

Currently on tour with Big Wild, plus an impressive 2017 that saw Daktyl release his EP The Act of Hesitation in June (which gained praise from the likes of Dancing Astronaut, Tiny Mix Tapes, Nest HQ and more), live tours with Bonobo and Petit Biscuit, and DJ tours with TroyBoi and Hotel Garuda, we can expect big things from Daktyl in the future.
