French producer Kidswaste (aka Quentin Beauvois) shares uplifting new single “Let Go”. After releasing a steady stream of singles and 2017 EP ‘Spleen’, mirroring a similar trajectory with his work under Beauvois, and amalgamating creative ideas in supergroup Slow Hours, Quentin takes a step back in “Let Go” to distance himself from the grueling demands of the music industry and re approach songwriting with a renewed perspective. The track features Quentin’s soaring vocals which propel ebullient sonic textures and triumphant drumlines to towering heights.

Speaking more on the single, Quentin says that "Let Go was written during a time where myself and some of my closest friends and peers were feeling somewhat defeated by the industry and it’s ever-changing rules. It’s important to be able to step back from the mindset of constantly grinding, to take the time needed to regroup and bounce back stronger. In that sense, for me and my friends, Let Go marks a new beginning for us all."

Since Kidswaste began writing music in his bedroom studio in the north of France, a lot has changed for Quentin. Beauvois’ career has seen him collaborate with high-caliber artists and his releases have amassed more than 100 million streams across various platforms with press support from the likes of Billboard, FLAUNT, Dancing Astronaut and This Song Is Sick. Kidswaste has previously collaborated with Chelsea Cutler, gnash, Sophie Simmons, KOLE, Manila Killa and more. He’s also supported ODESZA, Chet Porter, Jai Wolf, DROELOE and more on tour.

Outside of the Kidswaste moniker, Quentin also produces ethereal vapor soul as Beauvois and is a member of French electronic supergroup Slow Hours (along with Astre, Khamsin, Kultur, Lain, and Rusty Hook), whose tracks have been played by Porter Robinson, Madeon, What So Not and Petit Biscuit.

“Let Go” is out now on Counter Records, with more new music from Kidswaste coming soon.
