These Terms and Conditions apply to the Artist’s agreement to perform at a private event as part of the promotion/contest.

1. Eligibility & Scope
- The event must take place within the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
- The event must be scheduled to occur within 12 months of confirmation of the agreement or prize notification.
- The event must be private (e.g. a party, wedding, or invite-only event) and not a ticketed or commercial public event.

2. Artist Commitments
- The Artist will perform a DJ set (duration and format to be mutually agreed in advance) lasting no less than 45mins.
- The Artist will provide their own transportation.
- The Artist reserves the right to approve the final event date and time based on availability.

3. Host Responsibilities
- The Host (event organiser) must:
- provide the artist with agreed DJ backline and music equipment, to be mutually agreed in advance.
- Provide a safe, appropriate, and weatherproof (if outdoors) performance space.
- Supply access to standard power and any necessary PA system, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Ensure the Artist and crew have access to basic hospitality, including non-alcoholic refreshments and restroom facilities.

4. Costs and Expenses
- The Artist will not bear any additional costs related to the event, venue, permits, production, or hospitality beyond their own transport and backline.
- If the Host requests additional services (e.g. extended set times, additional equipment, or overnight accommodation), these must be agreed in writing and may incur additional costs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Once a date is agreed, any changes are subject to mutual agreement.
- If the Host cancels within 30 days of the confirmed date, the Artist reserves the right to decline rescheduling.
- In case of force majeure (illness, extreme weather, etc.), both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the original 12-month window.

6. Promotion & Use of Footage
- The Artist retains the right to document or share content from the performance (photos, video, social media), unless the Host requests otherwise in writing.

7. General
- This agreement is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
- These terms may be updated or expanded in a separate performance agreement or rider depending on the event requirements.
