Miss Yo
by Danitsa featuring Béesau
— Released 21st January 2026 on Big Dada
Known for her unique blend of hip-hop, soul and reggae, Swiss singer and songwriter Danitsa announces her signing to Big Dada, the pioneering label known for releasing some of the most forward thinking music over the past two decades.
With the announcement Danitsa shares her first new music in four years with the single “Miss Yo”. Featuring French composer Béesau, the track sets the stage for a compelling narrative about a woman who decides to overcome her pain and embrace her future. The project delves into themes of love addiction, the search for identity, and triumphing over depression.
“With Miss Yo, I made the choice of a sincere and fully assumed act: to publicly open up about a past relationship that deeply marked me. I needed to say, without filters, how much I loved that person” Danitsa comments on the new single, “The breakup plunged me into a period of intense sadness, shaped by memories and longing. At first, I wanted to win that love back, before understanding that writing had become my true therapy. Miss Yo was a release, and then the beginning of a more essential reconquest: reclaiming myself”.
