The Death Set - London Gig Rescheduled to Tonight & Vans Competition
As anyone who came down to the Old Blue Last for The Death Set last night will know the band were unable to play due to their flight being delayed, and then not delayed so much, and then really delayed.
However, it’s not all bad news…
"Thank you to everyone who came out last night. It was never our intention to hang around an airport for ten hours, only to miss our show. We’re psyched we’re able play tonight at The Old Blue Last. It will be a free show at 10.45pm… Hope to see you there."
All tickets for last night will be refunded by WeGotTickets or The Old Blue Last (if bought on the door).
In other DS news, the lovely people at Vans have organized a top notch competition to celebrate the band's tour on the other side of the Atlantic. If you want to get your hands on all sorts of Vans goodies, including two pairs of shoes, two t-shirts, two custom etched Death Set skate decks, and not forgetting two copies of the utterly brilliant new album Michel Poiccard, simply make a quick video of you and one mate doing the "Slap, Slap, Slap, Pound, Up, Down, Snap" handshake and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Full info on the comp can be found here - good luck!
Michel Poiccard is available now from the Ninjashop.
